Surgical Technique: Harvesting of Semitendinosus and Gracilis tendons as free graft. Arthroscopy using inferolateral & inferomedial ports. Arthroscopic treatment of meniscus tears: partial menisectomy or suture. Arthroscopic notch-plasty (using Diathermy/Vaporizer/Shaver). Tibial canal drilling; Impingement rod check. Femoral canal drilling (2.5cm). Microarthrotomy over lateral femoral condyle. Horizontal femoral drilling & introduction of Mulch screw. Passage of graft over Mulch screw. Distal fixation of graft with cortical staples (knee in extension).
	Patient age 15-45
	Post operative regime: full weight bearing, continuous passive motion (CPM), no brace.
	Hospitalization - 4 days.
